How Are Estimates Calculated?
We put tremendous thought and consideration into our client estimates to ensure each is accurate and fair. If our calculations are not precise and fair, we do a great disservice to our clients. We calculate our client estimates using multiple factors, including supply and material pricing, skilled and qualified labor pricing, and a reasonable profit margin.
How Long Are Estimates Valid?
Each client estimate is valid for seven days from the date of the estimate. Because supply and material pricing are so volatile in our current economy, estimates must be recalculated after seven days to ensure the estimate’s accuracy and fairness.
